Utah Admin. Code R657-13-18 - Release of Tagged or Marked Fish
Without prior authorization from the division, a person may not:
(1) tag, mark, or fin-clip fish
for offering a prize or reward as part of a contest;
(2) introduce a tagged, marked, or
fin-clipped fish into the water; or
(3) tag, mark, or fin-clip a fish and return
it to the water.
