Utah Admin. Code R657-2-13 - Prehearing Procedure
The presiding officer may, upon written notice to all parties of record, hold a prehearing conference to:
(1) formulate or simplify the
issues;
(2) obtain admission of
fact and documents that will avoid unnecessary introduction of evidence or
other efforts of establishing proof of a matter asserted;
(3) arrange for the exchange of proposed
exhibits; and
(4) agree to matters
that may expedite the orderly conduct of the proceedings or its
settlement.
