Utah Admin. Code R657-3c-13 - Propagation of Aquatic Animal Species
(1) A person shall obtain a certificate of
registration before propagating any aquatic animal species classified as
prohibited or controlled, except as otherwise provided in this rule, statute,
or rules and orders of the Wildlife Board.
(2) A certificate of registration is not
required to propagate any aquatic animal species classified as
noncontrolled.
