Utah Admin. Code R657-4-5 - Penalty for Violation
(1)
The Division may suspend or revoke any license, permit or certificate related
to pen-reared gamebird possession or release, as authorized under Section
23A-4-1106 and Rule R657-26, for
violation of Utah Code, rule, or terms of the certificate of
registration.
(2) A violation of
this rule is punishable as provided in Section
23A-6-301.
(3) The Division may dispose of pen-reared
gamebirds, or their eggs held in possession in violation of this
rule.
