Utah Admin. Code R657-44-10 - Appeal Procedures
(1) Upon the
petition of an aggrieved party to a final division action relative to big game
depredation and this rule, a qualified hearing examiner shall take evidence and
make recommendations to the Wildlife Board, who shall resolve the grievance in
accordance with Rule R657-2.
