Utah Admin. Code R657-62-13 - License, Permit, Certificate of Registration and Handling Fees
(1) Unsuccessful applicants will not be
charged for a permit or certificate of registration.
(2) The handling fees and hunting or
combination license fees are nonrefundable.
(3) All license, permit, certificate of
registration and handling fees must be paid with a valid debit or credit
card.
