Utah Admin. Code R657-9-23 - Tagging Requirement
(1) No person
shall put or leave any migratory game bird at any place other than at that
person's personal abode, or in the custody of another person for picking,
cleaning, processing, shipping, transporting or storing, including temporary
storage, or for having taxidermy services performed unless there is attached to
the birds a disposal receipt, donation receipt or transportation slip signed by
the hunter stating the hunter's address, the total number and species of birds,
the date such birds were killed and the Utah hunting license number under which
they were taken.
(2) Migratory game
birds being transported in any vehicle as the personal baggage of the possessor
may not be considered as being in storage or temporary storage.
