Utah Admin. Code R66-10-15 - Change in Operating Plans
(1) A
medical cannabis pharmacy shall submit a notice, on a form provided by the
department, before making any changes to the closed-door pharmacy's operating
plan.
(2) A medical cannabis
pharmacy may not implement changes to the initial approved operating plan
without written approval from the department.
(3) The department shall specify the reason
for the denial of approval for a change to the operation plan.
