Utah Admin. Code R66-10-16 - Revenue Reporting
A medical cannabis home delivery pharmacy who opens a closed-door medical cannabis pharmacy shall submit, on a form provided by the department, quarterly reports, that include:
(1) the total quarterly revenue for the
closed-door pharmacy;
(2) total
quarterly revenue for each licensed medical cannabis pharmacy owned by the
entity; and
(3) any other
information requested by the department.
