Utah Admin. Code R66-10-6 - Pharmacist-In-Charge

(1) PICs shall have the responsibility to oversee the closed-door medical cannabis pharmacy's operation.
(2) PICs overseeing a closed-door pharmacy shall comply with Sections R66-5-5 and R66-5-6.
