Utah Admin. Code R68-14-7 - Certification of QCA's
(1) To facilitate
the issuance of certification for property movement out of quarantined areas
the department shall provide training certification workshops to certify
licensed pesticide applicators to become a QCA as defined in the
definitions.
(2) A QCA may charge
for inspections.
