Utah Admin. Code R68-8-9 - Labeling of Agricultural Seed Varieties
(1) The kinds of agricultural seeds listed in
Table 4 shall be labeled to show the variety name or the words "Variety Not
Stated" or "VNS". The Federal Seed Act, PL 76-354, specifies that "Variety Not
Stated" should be used rather than "VNS."

The kinds of agricultural seeds listed in Table 5 shall be labeled to show the
variety name.
