Utah Admin. Code R698-11-3 - Definitions
(1) Terms used in this rule are defined in
Section 53-1-102 and
53-10-102.
(2) In addition:
(a) "bureau" means the Bureau of Forensic
Services within the Department of Public Safety established in Section
53-10-201; and
(b) "DNA" means deoxyribonucleic
acid.
