(1) Terms used in this rule are defined in
Sections 53-1-102,
53-13-103, and
53-19-102.
(2) In addition:
(a) "ALJ" means administrative law judge;
and
(b) "GRAMA" means Title 63G,
Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act.
