Utah Admin. Code R70-910-11 - Prohibited Acts
A person may not:
(1) use or have in possession for use in
commerce any incorrect weight or measure;
(2) sell or offer for sale for use in
commerce any incorrect weight or measure;
(3) remove any tag, seal, or mark from any
weight or measure without specific written authorization from the
department;
(4) hinder or obstruct
any weights and measures official in the performance of their duties;
or
(5) violate any Title 4, Chapter
9 Weights and Measures, or this rule.
