(1) Promulgated and
enforced by authorities outlined in Utah Code, Title 4 Chapter 33 Motor Fuel
Inspection Act.
(2) Scope: This
rule establishes motor fuel performance specifications and monitoring standards
to ensure consumer confidence in fuel quality.
