Utah Admin. Code R70-940-3 - Storage Tank Preparation
(1) Retail
storage tanks and equipment must be cleaned and purged prior to first
introduction of fuel meant for sale or,
(2) Purged when switching from one type or
grade of fuel to another.
(3)
Access to the bottom of a retail storage tank shall remain unobstructed such
that any phase separated water content may be measured or detected from the
fill connection.
