Utah Admin. Code R714-110-6 - Appeal
A. An applicant who is denied a permit will
be given the reasons for denial in writing by the division.
B. An applicant who is denied a permit or who
is granted a permit containing conditions with which the applicant disagrees,
may appeal to the division on a form provided by the division. The appeal must
be filed within ten days after receiving notice from the division.
C. No hearing will be granted to the
applicant. The division will review the appeal and issue a written decision to
the applicant within ten days either affirming or modifying the initial
decision concerning the permit.
