Utah Admin. Code R714-200-5 - Process of Requesting Equipment Approval
A. Upon receiving a written request, the
Department shall review the equipment to ensure that it meets Federal Motor
Vehicle Safety Standards.
B. After
reviewing the equipment, the Department shall issue a written response,
explaining the reason for approval or denial of the requested
equipment.
