Utah Admin. Code R714-560-1 - Purpose
(1) The purpose of this rule is to create a
program to assist law enforcement agencies through monetary grants to purchase
technology and equipment to assist in the investigation of officer-involved
critical incidents involving a firearm in accordance with Section
53-1-121.
