Utah Admin. Code R714-562-10 - Grant Recipient Reporting Requirements
(1) Law enforcement agencies that receive
funding shall:
(a) use the awarded resources
only in the manner set forth in Section
53-14-203;
(b) use the awarded resources only to
initially establish an early intervention system that meets the requirements of
this rule;
(c) report to the
department when the early intervention system was implemented and the amount of
grant funds spent;
(d) maintain
records for five years sufficient to show how the funding is used;
and
(e) cooperate with the
committee if and when the committee determines it is necessary to audit agency
records, and evaluate use of the funding.
(2) If the law enforcement agency does not
spend the funds for purposes specified in Section 53-14-203, the law
enforcement agency shall return any grant funds back to the
department.
