Utah Admin. Code R714-562-9 - Method and Formula for Determining a Grant Amount
The committee shall award grant funding to law enforcement agencies based on the criteria included in the application in an amount not to exceed:
(1) for an agency that employs
49 officers or less, $15,700;
(2)
for an agency that employs between 50 and 99 officers, $18,700;
(3) for an agency that employs between 100
and 149 officers, $20,700;
(4) for
an agency that employs between 150 and 249 officers, $23,700;
(5) for an agency that employs between 250
and 349 officers, $27,700; and
(6)
for an agency that employs 350 or more officers, $31,700.
