Utah Admin. Code R728-409-7 - Responsive Pleadings
(1) The respondent
shall file a written response with the division, signed by the respondent or
the respondent's attorney, within 30 days of the mailing date of the Notice of
Agency Action.
(2) The written
response shall comply with the requirements in Section
63G-4-204.
