Utah Admin. Code R746-1-702 - Continuance of Scheduled Hearing
(1) A
person requesting to continue a scheduled hearing shall demonstrate that:
(a) the request is supported by good cause;
or
(b) all parties stipulate to the
continuance.
(2) Unless
otherwise ordered by the presiding officer, any objection to a request for
continuance shall be filed no later than five days following the date on which
the request is filed and served.
