A. Utility Plant --
Utility plant shall be designed, constructed, maintained and operated in
accordance with the provisions outlined in the National Electrical Safety Code,
1993 edition, incorporated by reference.
B. Party-line Service -- When party-line
service is to be provided, no more than eight customers shall be connected on
one local access line, unless approved by the Commission. The
telecommunications corporation may re- group customers as may be necessary to
carry out the provisions of this rule.
