A.
Authorization -- Section
54-8b-13 requires that the
Commission establish rules for operator- assisted services.
B. Title -- These rules shall be known and
may be cited as Operator-Assisted Service Rules.
C. Scope and Applicability -- These rules are
intended to assure that the specific requirements of
54-8b-13(1)(a)
-(d) are placed into effect.
