Utah Admin. Code R746-365-3 - Network Guidelines Applicable to All Telecommunications Corporations
A. Engineering --
All telecommunications corporations shall construct network facilities in
conformance with network design standards and specifications.
B. Stricter Standards -- If an
interconnection agreement is adopted pursuant to negotiation or arbitration
under the Federal Act, the agreements may contain obligations and performance
standards for network facilities and services that are stricter than the
guidelines contained in this rule.
