Utah Admin. Code R746-400-6 - Copies of Reports to Shareholders and Audited Financial Reports
A. Annual Report --
Each reporting entity shall provide the Division with a copy of any annual
report sent to shareholders within 10 days of its issuance.
B. Audited Financial Statements -- Upon
request of the Division, a reporting entity shall provide the Division with a
copy of any audited financial statements, including the opinion statements of
the auditor, if the statements are prepared for the reporting entity.
