Wash. Admin. Code § 137-70-080 - Implied consent to audit
By submitting requests for reimbursement, the requesting political subdivision agrees to:
(1)
Maintain records which would support the request made for a period five years
after the date of such request; and
(2) Make such records available for review
and/or audit by the department if requested by the secretary or the secretary's
designee.
