Wash. Admin. Code § 296-809-50008 - Prevent unauthorized entry
(1) You must implement measures necessary to
prevent unauthorized entry into permit-required confined spaces, when
conducting authorized entry.
(2)
You must protect entrants and those outside the confined space from hazards
when removing entrance covers.
