Wash. Admin. Code § 315-12-010 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the Washington state lottery commission and the office of the director, Washington state lottery, with the provisions of RCW 42.56.040 - 42.56.550, dealing with public records.
