Wash. Admin. Code § 357-28-195 - What general government positions must be paid supplemental shift premium?
(1)
Basic shift premium must be paid in accordance with WAC
357-28-190.
(2) Supplemental shift premium, as specified
in the compensation plan, must be paid for positions in general government that
require licensure as a registered nurse.
