Wash. Admin. Code § 357-46-040 - What makes one position comparable to another when determining layoff options?
Comparability of positions is defined by the employer's layoff procedure, and may include such factors as geographic location, number of hours per week, the shift time of the position, and any other factors as defined by the employer in its layoff procedure.
