Wash. Admin. Code § 415-115-030 - Assessment of additional administrative fee
(1) An employer who fails to submit timely
and accurate reports to the department will be assessed an additional fee
related to the increased costs incurred by the department to process the
deficient reports.
(2) Every month,
the department will determine the amount of the fee to be assessed by
evaluating the timeliness and accuracy of the reports submitted by employers in
the preceding month. If those reports are either untimely or inaccurate, the
department will assess an additional administrative fee. This additional
administrative fee will not exceed fifty percent of the standard administrative
fee.
