Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 346.12 - Release
The operational plan under s. DOC 346.04 shall contain policies and procedures relating to the release of juveniles from custody, including all of the following components:
(1) Verification of identity of
juvenile.
(2) Verification of
authority to release.
