Wis. Admin. Code Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System UWS 17.06 - Nonacademic misconduct hearing examiner
(1) The chief
administrative officer of each institution, in consultation with faculty,
academic staff, and student representatives, shall adopt policies providing for
the designation of a student nonacademic misconduct hearing examiner to fulfill
the responsibilities of the nonacademic misconduct hearing examiner in this
chapter.
(2) A hearing examiner
shall be selected by the chief administrative officer pursuant to the policies
adopted under sub. (1).
