010-12 Wyo. Code R. §§ 12-1 - Applicability
(a) This Rule applies to all persons engaged
in the business of hauling bulk quantities of water for human consumption or
for use in a licensed establishment or processing plant.
(i) Bulk water haulers shall be licensed
according to Chapter 2, Section 2.
