010-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-9 - Pre-operational Inspections
(a) The regulatory
authority shall conduct one or more pre-operational inspections to verify that
the establishment or processing plant is constructed and equipped in accordance
with the approved plans and approved modifications of those plans and is in
compliance with law and this Rule.
(b) The regulatory authority shall conduct a
pre-opening inspection prior to issuance of a license.
(i) A routine inspection shall be performed
within thirty (30) days after the pre-opening inspection.
