010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-21 - Food Contact with Equipment and Utensils
(a) Food shall only
contact surfaces of equipment and utensils that are cleaned as specified under
Chapter 7, Section 1, of this Rule and sanitized as specified under Chapter 7,
Section 15, of this Rule or single-service and single-use articles.
