010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-50 - Potentially Hazardous Food, Slacking

(a) Frozen potentially hazardous food that is slacked to moderate the temperature shall be held:
(i) Under refrigeration that maintains the food temperature at 41oF (5oC) or less; or
(ii) At any temperature if the food remains frozen.
