010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-61 - Ready-to-Eat, Potentially Hazardous Food, Disposition
(a) A food specified under Chapter 3, Section
60(a) or (b), shall be discarded if it:
(i)
Is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day; or
(ii) Is appropriately marked with a date or
day that exceeds a temperature and time combination as specified in Chapter 3,
Section 51.
(b)
Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food prepared in an
establishment or processing plant and dispensed through a vending machine with
an automatic shut-off control shall be discarded if it exceeds a temperature
and time combination as specified in Chapter 3, Section 51.
