(a) Food shall be
offered for human consumption in a way that does not mislead or misinform the
consumer and as specified in law including the Wyoming Food, Drug and Cosmetic
Safety Act, W. S.
35-7-110 through
35-7-127.
(b) Food or color additives, colored
overwraps, or lights may not be used to misrepresent the true appearance,
color, or quality of a food and as specified in law including the Wyoming Food,
Drug and Cosmetic Safety Act, W. S.
35-7-110 through
35-7-127.
