010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-20 - Heaters and Boilers, Certification
(a) Pool, spa and
similar installation heaters and boilers shall:
(i) Be designed, constructed and operated to
comply with applicable federal, state or local codes and standards;
and
(ii) Be designed to comply with
the manufacturer's specifications.
