010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-27 - Decks, Equipment
(a) Valves
installed in or under the deck shall be provided with a minimum ten (10) inch
diameter access cover and a valve pit to facilitate servicing.
(b) A sufficient number of hose bibs,
equipped with vacuum breakers shall be provided for washing down the deck
area.
