010-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-31 - Food Service
(a) Food service
operations located and conducted in a public swimming pool, spa or similar
installation facility shall comply with the Wyoming Food Safety Rule.
(b) Food or drink shall be permitted only in
designated areas away from the pool, spa or similar installation water.
(i) Food may be permitted in a spectator area
located near the pool, spa or similar installation provided the deck area
remains clean.
