252-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-4 - Expired license
(a) A license
holder who fails to renew the license on or before the expiration date shall
not practice acupuncture in this state.
(b) License holders who allow their license
to expire must complete the licensing requirements specified in Rules and
Regulations, Chapter 2, Section
1 if they choose to reapply for a license in
this state.
