§ 1534.
Technical assistance and training
(a) In general
(1) Technical assistance and agreementsWith respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may—
offer technical assistance and training; and
enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.
(2) Coordination of programs

The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.

(b) TrainingThe Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—
coalition building;
task force development;
mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or
any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.
