adjudicative fact
An adjudicative fact is a fact that is either legally operative or dispositive , meaning it is so important that it is essential. It would be the “who, what, where, when, and how” of a legal matter. Adjudicative facts are those which concern the parties to a dispute and are helpful in determining the proper outcome in the case .
