3 AAC 101.040 - Eligible applicants
An applicant may be an individual, municipal government, or tribe, or a business or other entity that is organized in any manner. To the extent required under state law, an applicant seeking financing under the SETS program and fund must be authorized to do business in the state and hold a valid state business license.
