Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-11-104 - Premise License

The veterinary medical premise license shall be maintained in the premise for which it is issued.

Adopted effective April 26, 1984 (Supp. 84-2). Former Section R3-11-04 amended and renumbered as Section R3-11-104 effective February 24, 1988 (Supp. 88-1).

The following Section was amended under an exemption from A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6 which means that the Department did not submit notice of this rulemaking to the Secretary of State's Office for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Department did not submit these rules to the Governor's Regulatory Review Council for review; the Department was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attorney General has not certified these rules. These rules were subsequently amended under the regular rulemaking process.
